She graduated from Randolph Academy (a three year program specializing in acting, singing and dancing) and has since acted in and choreographed for film companies such as Bravo! as well as independent films and dance shows.  She has been choreographing for the past 13 years, starting out in Saskatchewan and coming to Toronto. She has choreographed award-winning numbers for competitions in both Canada and the United States and has adjudicated competitions around the country. Shauna founded and created Innovative Rhythm twelve years ago with the goal of creating an inspiring place for her students to train.

Stephanie Huynh (Assistant Director) has been dancing since the age of three and has been teaching since the age of thirteen. She has won many awards and scholarships as a dancer and choreographer. She has choreographed musicals such as Godspell and Singing in the Rain.  Stephanie trained with the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) ballet syllabus and is a full registered member.  She joined the Innovative Rhythm Management team ten years ago with the hopes to pass on her passion for dance to others.

Gabriella DeBartolo (Instructor) has been dancing for 23 years in Toronto. Her passion for dance has allowed her to train and perform across North America and Europe. She performs regularly with TDC Entertainment.  She looks forward to sharing and teaching her passion this season at Innovative Rhythm!
